  • Demonstrated experience in operating power equipment and leading teams in an industrial context, as well as instructing groups.
  • Effectively coordinate and design on-the-job training programs.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Possess clear and professional communication abilities.
  • Solid understanding of the regulatory framework related to Occupational Health and Safety in the USA and Texas.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
  • Capacity to learn and instruct on power equipment, including but not limited to Forklifts, Overhead Cranes, Clamp-Lifts, Drexel Lifts, Lowboy/Buggies, and other machinery as required by the business.
  • Adept at designing effective training programs and prioritizing training needs.
  • Ability to assess training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Flexibility to adapt to unexpected changes before or during training sessions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1 year of experience with power equipment.

In-depth knowledge of power equipment, including Forklifts, Overhead Cranes, Clamp-Lifts, etc.
