This is an exciting opportunity for a Post Sales Customer Advocate to join our team at Signify N.V. As a key member of our Ephesus Sports Lighting team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

As the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, you will ensure that all claims are processed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our Project Management team to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational goals, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and claims.


Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma with relevant experience.
  • Two years of customer experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP system.
  • Claim processing experience preferred.
