With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational goals, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and claims.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma with relevant experience.
- Two years of customer experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with SAP system.
- Claim processing experience preferred.
