Job Title: Deskside Support Services Level 1

Fusion HCR is seeking a skilled Deskside Support Services Level 1 to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support for our digital signage applications and systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Support digital signage applications and systems to ensure seamless operation.
  • Assist with imaging Windows workstations and troubleshoot software/hardware problems.
  • Repair and install network peripherals, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with IT staff and system users to resolve issues.
  • Support PC hardware and software for the organization, and research and resolve complex technical problems.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3 years of prior experience with PC service and support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Windows 95/NT, XP, and MS Exchange.
  • Previous experience connecting and installing software drivers associated with external printers.
  • Ability to perform basic printer repairs and install desktop computer components.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
