Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Management Intern to join our team at Harkins Builders. As a Construction Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field and develop your skills in construction management.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in understanding basic scheduling and tracking job progress.
  • Process shop drawings and submittals, and attend subcontractor meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with the Company's safety program and Quality Control Program.
  • Notify the site manager or superintendent of any changes or problems that may arise.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Coursework towards a bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
  • Construction management knowledge and/or experience through college coursework and/or on-the-job training.
  • Basic organizational, leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and Microsoft Office.

Compensation
