Trade Assistant Opportunity

MACA Interquip Construction Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Trade Assistant to join our team in a remote WA location. The successful candidate will work on a 2:1 FIFO roster, contributing to the delivery of small to large-scale EPC and EPCM projects in the resources sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in construction, safety, and project management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role within the mining industry.
  • SMP construction experience and FIFO experience.
  • Sound knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Australian 'HR or C' class driver's licence.
  • High Risk Work Licence - WP essential, LF desirable.
  • OHS Construction White Card.
  • Working at Heights within 2 years.
  • Confined Space within 2 years.
