Job Summary

The Patient Service Representative role at Prevea Health is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced medical office environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient communication and scheduling
  • Obtain and verify patient demographic and insurance information
  • Route medical inquiries and messages to appropriate staff
  • Assist patients with financial inquiries and payments
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Provide accurate and timely information to patients and staff
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of customer service or healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
  • Proficient in computer software and technology
Working Conditions

This position requires sitting for extended periods, with occasional standing and walking. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent interruptions and deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team and provide exceptional patient care in a variety of situations.
