Job Summary

The Patient Service Representative role at Prevea Health is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced medical office environment. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient communication and scheduling
  • Obtain and verify patient demographic and insurance information
  • Route medical inquiries and messages to appropriate staff
  • Assist patients with financial inquiries and payment processing
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of customer service or healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
Working Conditions

This role requires sitting for extended periods and occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds. The work environment is fast-paced and may involve noise and distractions.
