Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist

ATI | Advanced Technology International is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans to promote the CX Hub activities and objectives to inspire audiences to act.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to promote the CX Hub activities and objectives.
  • Ensure content is aligned to overall brand marketing strategies to promote the CX Hub activities and objectives to inspire audiences to act.
  • Develop and manage a variety of assets, including promotional materials, websites, presentations, social media, case studies, webcasts, etc.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs and fulfill marketing plans.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams. Strong collaboration, communication, and project management abilities are essential for this role.
  • Can prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the CX Hub.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities while navigating ambiguity.
  • Understands healthcare marketplace across the U.S.; well-informed of audiences, and market trends.
  • Proactively manages integrated communications calendars that execute against a plan, as well as incorporating unexpected opportunities as they arise.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns, including tracking and interpreting metrics for communications and events. Works with broader team to develop and deliver performance reports, insights and recommendations for actions and future considerations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications related studies.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in marketing and communications.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare space required.
  • Experience and curiosity about health, equity, and dedication to diversity and inclusion.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior staff.
  • Proven team player.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communicator with an ability to convey ideas in a clear and effective manner to audiences that vary by sector, geography, organizational size, and other parameters.
  • Experience using communications data to inform marketing and outreach approaches.
  • Experience in copyediting.
  • Proficient with digital tools including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, SharePoint). Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools a bonus.
  • Fluency in a language besides English is a plus.
  • Employee must be a U.S. citizen by birth or naturalization, or a green card lawful U.S. permanent resident, or a political asylum in the U.S. Individual must meet the definition of a U.S. person upon hire due to the risk assessment of this position.
