Safety Manager

At Tower Mobility, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing our safety programs and policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Safety Program Development: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive safety programs, policies, and procedures.
- Risk Assessment and Management: Identify potential hazards and conduct risk assessments to determine appropriate safety measures.
- Training and Education: Design and conduct safety training programs for employees at all levels.
- Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, injuries, and incidents to determine causes and develop preventive measures.
- Safety Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of facilities, equipment, and work practices.
- Emergency Response Planning: Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular safety reports to management.
- Safety Culture Promotion: Promote a culture of safety within the organization through continuous communication and engagement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a safety management role or similar position.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST), or similar are preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices, excellent organizational and time management skills, effective communication and presentation skills.
- Personal Phone Use Reimbursement: $40 per month for using personal phones for job-related tasks.
