As a key member of the Truist team, you will play a critical role in managing the credit risk of our portfolio transactions. Your expertise will be essential in mitigating potential risks and ensuring the long-term success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mitigate credit risk of portfolio transactions
  • Complete annual reviews, amendment memos, trend cards, and CLAR's in a timely and accurate manner
  • Attract, retain, and develop a team of top credit professionals
  • Understand and adhere to various Truist and ABL policies, processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Restructure or resolve troubled credits with input from risk partners
  • Manage ABL credit, operational, and market risk within pre-approved risk tolerance levels
  • Collaborate with originations, structuring, legal, compliance, and risk partners to align strategic objectives and facilitate seamless execution
  • Demonstrate Truist culture and values
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree
  • Licenses: Series 79 and 120 days to acquire
  • Years of related work experience
  • Solid subject matter expertise, including knowledge of industry drivers, product positioning, structuring, and risk mitigation
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional areas to resolve complex issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills, which foster teamwork, trust, creativity/innovation, and accountability
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and insightfully
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA degree, with a Finance focus
  • Diversified product structuring/underwriting/portfolio management experience
Benefits:

All regular teammates working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits.
