Job Title: Associate Director, Value-Based Care

At Privia Health, we are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Value-Based Care to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing work supporting Privia Quality Network (PQN) within defined ACO Programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement value-based programs, performance metrics, and accountability measures.
  • Collaborate with payer partners to ensure Privia's success in future program changes.
  • Lead critical projects to improve overall performance in the ACO.
  • Manage multiple priorities and educate stakeholders on program initiatives and performance.
  • Drive results through dynamic leadership and serve as a subject matter expert on value-based care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a project or program leader within healthcare.
  • Experience with CMS programs and ability to gain trust with physicians.
  • Strong orientation toward client service, quality, and team building.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $105,000 to $125,000 in base pay.
  • Annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units.
