Job Title: In-Home Behavior TechnicianAbout the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our clients and their families to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver ABA interventions to clients in their homes, tailored to their individual needs and goals.
- Collect and analyze data on client progress, preparing reports under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure consistent and effective therapy.
- Provide updates to parents and guardians on daily activities and client progress.
- Implement and adjust individualized ABA therapy programs.
- Assist in the creation of behavior intervention plans.
- Communicate clearly with clients, families, and team members.
- Be open to learning and receiving constructive feedback.
- Work well both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience with ABA therapy or special needs is a plus, but not necessary.
- RBT certification is preferred, but if not certified, a commitment to obtain certification within 60 days is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet the physical demands of the role.
- Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification.
- Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and current insurance necessary.
- Competitive pay: $21-27 per hour, based on experience.
