Frontera Health, Inc. is a leading provider of pediatric behavioral health services, and we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team.

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, evidence-based interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. You will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement personalized treatment plans that promote positive behavior change and improve outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with BCBAs to design and implement personalized ABA therapy programs
  • Create engaging and effective learning experiences for children with ASD
  • Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their full potential
  • Track progress and analyze data to ensure program effectiveness
  • Collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community
Requirements:
  • Proof of high school graduation (Diploma or GED) and an interest in psychology/behavioral health/child development/mental health
  • College enrollment or degree preferred
  • Graduate students in ABA may apply as Behavior Technicians and receive clinical training and supervision hours as required by the BACB
