Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Program Manager to join our team at the Guidance Center of Lea County. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management and operations of our clinical services, ensuring that all programs are delivered according to local, state, and federal laws and in compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to the Clinical Team, working closely with the Director of Clinical Services to ensure contract compliance and program quality.
  • Evaluate individual and team performance, utilizing data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Develop and implement program budgets, monitoring performance against set guidelines.
  • Actively participate in the orientation process of new staff members and provide ongoing clinical supervision.
  • Coordinate with the therapist's internship supervisor to ensure interns' performance goals are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in the field through participation in professional development networks and associations.
Requirements
  • Masters or Ph.D. in counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy, with New Mexico state licensure (LISW, LPCC, LMFT, or Ph.D.).
  • NM Board Approved Clinical Supervisor or the ability to obtain Board approval within 60 days of employment.
  • Minimum of 4 years clinical experience, including work with child, adolescent, and adult sexual assault survivors, crisis intervention, and cognitive behavioral therapies.
  • Working knowledge of funding and agency contract requirements.
  • Experience with program development and computer competency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and online researching techniques.
