Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Behavior Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients and their families to deliver ABA interventions in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver ABA interventions to clients in their homes, utilizing evidence-based practices and strategies.
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress, preparing reports under the guidance of a BCBA.
  • Collaborate with program staff to ensure consistent and effective therapy.
  • Provide updates to parents and guardians on daily activities and client progress.
  • Implement and adjust individualized ABA therapy programs.
  • Assist in the creation of behavior intervention plans.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, families, and team members.
  • Be open to learning and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Have reliable transportation for client visits.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Previous experience with ABA therapy or special needs is a plus, but not necessary.
  • RBT certification is preferred, but if not certified, a commitment to obtain certification within 60 days is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet the physical demands of the role.
  • Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and current insurance are necessary.
