Exercise Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exercise Specialist to join our team at Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing exercise programs for clients, providing guidance and supervision, and maintaining a safe and clean exercise environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement exercise programs for clients based on their fitness needs and goals.
- Provide guidance and supervision to clients during exercise sessions.
- Maintain a safe and clean exercise environment, including equipment and facilities.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as client records and billing.
- Contribute to the development of staff and students.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire date.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
