About the Role

The Medical Records Coordinator processes and organizes medical records in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, state laws, and federal regulations. This role is responsible for completing medical record checklists, handling storage and retention of charts, responding to medical record requests, and maintaining accurate tracking logs.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Associate Degree or Technical Certificate Preferred
  • Three to Five Years of Experience in a Medical Office or Related Field
  • Proficiency in Computer Applications, Including Excel, Word, and Medical Billing Software
  • Working Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Compensation and Benefits
