We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, helping them navigate complex tax laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique tax needs and providing personalized advice and guidance.
- Conduct thorough tax analyses and provide recommendations to clients on tax planning and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring that clients are aware of any potential impacts on their tax situation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective tax strategies and solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- 5+ years of experience in tax advisory or related field.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including individual and business tax returns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent.
