We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, helping them navigate complex tax laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tax preparation, tax audit support, and tax planning services to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique tax needs and goals
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring clients receive the best possible advice
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement in our services
- 5+ years of tax experience, with a strong background in individual tax returns and tax planning
- Ability to communicate complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering accurate and timely results
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service
