Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their tax and business needs.
- Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients on a variety of tax-related matters.
- Conduct tax interviews with clients to gather information and provide tax planning recommendations.
- Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and communicate these changes to clients.
- 5+ years of experience in tax preparation and planning.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including individual and business tax returns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent.
