About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Arizon Companies. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our presence in the HVAC market, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers and internal teams as needed

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (minimum)
  • 5 years' prior experience in HVAC design or manufacturing industry
  • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge of HVAC terminology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work on a team and prioritize tasks effectively
