Commercial HVAC Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Arizon Companies. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our presence in the HVAC market, and building strong relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers and internal teams as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (minimum)
- 5 years' prior experience in HVAC design or manufacturing industry
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge of HVAC terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work on a team and prioritize tasks effectively
