Commercial Sales Representative

We are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to join our sales team at Arizon Companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC design or manufacturing, excellent communication and writing skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
- Collaborate with sales engineers to create accurate project proposals and scope of work documents
- Travel to close projects and deliver presentations to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (minimum)
- 5 years' prior experience in HVAC design or manufacturing industry
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge of HVAC terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work on a team
- Focused, ambitious, and goal-oriented
- Ability to travel as needed
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
Location: St. Louis, MO (with occasional remote work options)
