Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to join our sales team at Arizon Companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC design or manufacturing, excellent communication and writing skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
  • Collaborate with sales engineers to create accurate project proposals and scope of work documents
  • Travel to close projects and deliver presentations to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (minimum)
  • 5 years' prior experience in HVAC design or manufacturing industry
  • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge of HVAC terminology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Focused, ambitious, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to travel as needed

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Location: St. Louis, MO (with occasional remote work options)
