Document Control Specialist

The Document Review Associate performs document review according to standard procedures or instructions. This role is responsible for researching various issues and reporting exceptions for Corporate Trust clients to ensure client satisfaction, quality control, and compliance with custodial agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Reviews loan (or collateral) documents, handles file processing, and works with internal contacts to determine the source of any problems and correct errors. This includes but is not limited to reinstatements, mail intake, and trailing documents involving comparing information on documents to a checklist.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent with a confident, go-getter attitude and drive. One to three years of related experience in an office setting (longevity). Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. Proficiency in Excel (tech savvy, used in previous roles).
