Winter Co-op Manufacturing Engineering Program



As a co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper, you will be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects and develop professionally. The Technical Excellence, Maintenance & Reliability team will be your main point of contact, and you will be working closely with the Multisite Engineering and site Maintenance teams.



Your responsibilities will include developing documentation for work instructions, preventive maintenance, and more. You will also assist in developing rankings for manufacturing equipment and analyzing opportunities. Additionally, you will participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation and Lean activities, including Continuous Improvement or Kaizen events and developing, implementing and improving autonomous and preventive maintenance workstreams.



You will be supported in your projects and professional development by experienced mentors. You will also have opportunities to network with KDP executives and other organization leaders.



Requirements:




  • Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering, Maintenance & Reliability or another Manufacturing-related field
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
