Job Description:
The Fleet Safety & Compliance Supervisor will be responsible for promoting a culture of safety within our fleet operations. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as expertise in safety regulations and compliance procedures.

About the Role:
This position involves working closely with the transportation team to develop and implement safety policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include conducting safety audits, providing training and coaching to drivers, investigating incidents, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
* Develop and deliver safety training programs for drivers, focusing on safe driving practices and regulatory requirements.
* Lead investigations into incidents or accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate safety and compliance records, reporting to management on key performance indicators.

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a safety and compliance role within transportation or logistics.
* Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance procedures.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Familiarity with eLog systems and compliance tracking software.

Salary:
$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
