Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Performance Food Group. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume, margin, and profit objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform sales strategies and business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and manufacturer representatives
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of sales or sales management experience in the foodservice industry
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Team lead or supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred)
