Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the relevant department or individual.
  • Provide detailed information regarding our products and services.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Coordinate scheduling for inspections and pest control services.
  • Input work orders into the system accurately.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts for payment collection.
  • Maintain organized records through scanning and filing.
  • Prepare reports and documentation, including Notices of Work Completion and Exclusion.
  • Create diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
  • Upload termite transaction data to the appropriate state agency and ensure proper documentation is submitted.
  • Utilize office equipment such as computers, calculators, fax machines, and copiers to support efficient branch operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in collections is preferred.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic computer literacy is essential.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
