. The Senior Financial Analyst role is an essential position within the Financial Planning and Analysis team. The perfect candidate will be collaborative, analytical, and detail-oriented, eager to take initiative, solve problems, and explore deeper insights while maintaining a broad perspective. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and division budget managers, focusing on the development and management of financial budgets, forecasts, and analyses. Key Responsibilities:
Support monthly operations to ensure that expenses are recorded accurately and comprehensively.

Conduct thorough, data-driven analyses of financial outcomes and forecasts to identify and communicate variance drivers for better visibility and informed decision-making.

Assist in preparing and distributing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial presentations.
Provide extensive financial support and guidance to non-financial colleagues.
Develop and maintain financial models to facilitate forecasting of complex business planning scenarios.
Ensure adherence to finance and accounting regulations and policies.
Promote continuous enhancement of processes, tools, and reporting through cross-functional collaboration.
Execute additional tasks and deliverables that support finance initiatives to add value as business partners throughout the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of equivalent professional experience. (Required)
Four (4) years of experience in financial planning and foundational accounting principles. (Required)
Self-motivated team player with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

National Salary Range:
$67,000 - $108,500.00

National Plus Salary Range:
$72,000 - $123,600.00 (This range applies in higher cost of labor markets.)
