We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill the Clinical Trials Recruitment Specialist role within our organization. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

To be successful in this position, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties effectively and meet the educational and experience criteria outlined below.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate the database for potential participants who meet the inclusion/exclusion criteria for upcoming clinical trial protocols.
  • Engage with prospective subjects to explain clinical trial requirements and their availability for participation.
  • Ensure adherence to established protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Input participant data accurately into the database.
  • Provide support to clinical and photobiology departments as required.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND and/or EXPERIENCE

· High School diploma or GED is required.

· Proficiency in general office equipment is necessary.

· A minimum of 2 years of clerical experience is preferred.

COMMUNICATION ABILITIES

  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to facilitate collaboration among multi-disciplinary teams.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS and COMPETENCIES

  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Applicants should be capable of organizing and managing all data related to assigned projects while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This role requires the ability to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods, utilize hands for handling or feeling, reach with hands and arms, and perform various physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Vision requirements include the ability to read written documents and perform visual inspections frequently. The position involves repetitive motions with keyboard and mouse usage.
