Engineering and Maintenance Operations Leader

This organization stands as the largest manufacturer of sweet potato fries in the United States, boasting a workforce of nearly 200 dedicated employees. Over the past five years, the company has experienced consistent growth and innovation, with a state-of-the-art facility that includes cutting-edge equipment and new construction initiatives.

The core responsibility of this role is to oversee the maintenance, engineering, and environmental affairs departments. This includes managing teams of managers, supervisors, operators, mechanics, and technicians, as well as coordinating with third-party contractors to ensure alignment with the operational objectives set forth by the Plant Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, expertise in maintenance (including electrical systems), engineering knowledge, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

This organization provides an attractive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage, along with paid time off and vacation. Relocation assistance of up to $5,000 is available for the right candidate. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, consisting of an 8-hour daytime shift.
