Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the upkeep of facilities and machinery
- Monitor inventory levels of materials necessary for equipment maintenance
- Coordinate with procurement for any required maintenance supplies
- Report malfunctioning equipment to the Manufacturing Manager
- Maintain detailed records of machinery upkeep and preventive maintenance tasks
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and reduction of costs and waste
- Lead internal improvements in processes and equipment, including fabrication tasks
- Ensure the proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Plan and execute future projects and construction initiatives
- Supervise external contractors as necessary

Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in computer and manufacturing software
- Familiarity with investment casting or related processes
- Ability to interpret work orders and follow instructions effectively
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and equipment
- Expertise in electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and other systems
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong skills in prioritization and time management
- Creative approach to problem-solving
