Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals, staff members, and other stakeholders to promote collaboration and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize departmental performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress, identify trends, and inform strategic planning.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control practices to minimize risks and prevent adverse events.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing (LPN/LVN) or related field required.
  • Current license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing administration or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of improving patient outcomes, reducing costs, and enhancing employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in electronic health records and other software applications.

What We Offer:
