Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals, staff members, and other stakeholders to promote collaboration and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize departmental performance.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress, identify trends, and inform strategic planning.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control practices to minimize risks and prevent adverse events.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing (LPN/LVN) or related field required.
- Current license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing administration or leadership role.
- Proven track record of improving patient outcomes, reducing costs, and enhancing employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in electronic health records and other software applications.
What We Offer:
