Dialysis Nurse Manager

As a leading provider of hemodialysis services, Fresenius Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dialysis Nurse Manager to lead our interdisciplinary team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Patient Care Plans: Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans that ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care to our patients.
- Lead Direct Patient Care Staff: Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and evaluation of direct patient care staff to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of care.
- Ensure Compliance: Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to ensure compliance with company and facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Promote and assist with compliance to OSHA programs to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Contribute to Quality Improvement Initiatives: Participate in quality assurance meetings and contribute to the development of quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (R.N.)
- Licensure: Must be registered and licensed to practice in the applicable State
- Experience: Minimum of 9 months of nursing experience, plus 3 months of specialized experience providing clinical nursing care to dialysis patients
- Preferred Qualifications: Medical/surgical nursing preferred, supervisory or management experience
Working Conditions:
- Day-to-Day Work: Day-to-day work includes desk and personal computer work and interaction with patients, facility staff, and physicians.
- Travel Requirements: Travel between assigned facilities and various locations within the community may be required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Estimated annual salary: $97,500.
