About the Role

At Liberty Military Housing, we are seeking a highly skilled Resident Services Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents, addressing billing inquiries, and resolving collection issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate Effectively: Respond to resident concerns via phone, email, or mail to address billing inquiries and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Issue Resolution: Manage resident complaints and questions, and collaborate with colleagues to resolve communication issues.
  • Collection Management: Work closely with revenue accountants to reconcile delinquent accounts efficiently and timely.
  • Data Entry/Administrative: Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, update account information as needed, and perform various administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Candidate Profile: 6 months of accounts receivables/collection experience preferred.
  • Skill Set: Proficiency in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, email correspondence, math, Microsoft Office, including Access, Word, Excel, and other software applications (i.e., Yardi, Payscan).
  • Personal Qualities: Must be able to listen and speak clearly on the telephone, work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize, and complete assigned duties to ensure operational objectives are achieved.
Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $20.00 - $23.00 hourly plus bonus opportunities. Additionally, we offer medical/dental/vision insurance, life and AD&D insurance, 401k retirement plan with company match, employee stock ownership plan, incentive bonus program, 10 paid holidays per year, 40 hours paid sick leave per year, and 80 hours paid vacation per year.
