In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting regulatory reports, researching and interpreting regulatory rules and guidance, and developing and implementing product and cross-report analytics to enhance reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a team-based process to prepare required regulatory reports
  • Independently research and interpret regulatory rules, guidance, and instructions
  • Prepare draft reports with detailed supporting work papers
  • Become a subject matter expert with enhanced working knowledge of specific regulatory reports and/or banking products
  • Develop and implement product and cross-report analytics to enhance reporting accuracy
  • Work with other functions/teams to ensure reported data aligns to regulatory requirements and implement regulatory reporting changes
  • Investigate and prepare responses to regulator inquiries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  • 3-6+ years experience in accounting, audit, or financial services industry
  • Public accounting experience preferred
  • Foundational understanding of regulatory capital rules, preferred
