Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Technician

CooperSurgical is a leading fertility and women's healthcare company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that enhance the work of healthcare professionals. We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform phlebotomy duties, including tracking blood draw and urine specimen testing intervals, and ensuring specimens are collected and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Prepare blood and urine specimens for transport to reference laboratories, print finalized results, and maintain phlebotomy supplies.
  • Coordinate with the Laboratory Manager or Laboratory Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the laboratory, including aliquoting media, staining morphology slides, post-thaw analysis, quality control checks, and routine cleaning of laboratory equipment.
  • Comply with all regulatory, quality assurance, quality control, standard operating, and safety procedures.
  • Participate in proficiency and competency assessments, and maintain demonstrated proficiency with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma minimum, Bachelor's degree in Science preferred.
  • One to two years related experience and/or training.
  • Active California Phlebotomy License required.
