Job Summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist II or III or Licensed to join our Behavioral Health Department in Vancouver Fourth plain. This is a full-time position on an interdisciplinary team, offering a dynamic and growing community health organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide brief intervention counseling to patients
  • Consult with primary care providers to develop patient-centered care plans
  • Coordinate care and apply evidence-based practices to achieve better health outcomes

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work with coursework in psychological assessment
  • Meet WAC requirements for Mental Health Professional designation, be licensed or have an associate's license
  • Experience with mental health evaluation of children and evidence-based treatment models is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish highly desirable
