About the Role

Pall Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Professional to join our team as a Technical Account Manager. This role will be responsible for developing and cultivating productive long-term relationships with customer's key decision-makers to achieve orders and revenue projections.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Oil & Gas and Refinery, Chemical, and General Industrial markets, as well as experience in providing products and services to these industries. They will also possess excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.

This is a remote position based in the Baton Rouge, LA area, and the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to build profitable market share and competitive advantage, creating new value for new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and cultivate productive long-term relationships with customer's key decision-makers
  • Identify new opportunities to build profitable market share and competitive advantage
  • Utilize product and application sales tools to drive sales of new products and applications
  • Maintain a strong, regular customer presence with multiple face-to-face customer interactions each day

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or similar) or Life Sciences
  • Current sales experience in providing products and services to Refinery and Oil & Gas, Chemical, Ag-Che, and General Industrial industries
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel 50% within territory

Additional Desired Experience:

  • Experience with CRM/sales funnel management or equivalent
  • Understanding of customers' key business drivers
