Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care by greeting and escorting patients to and from the Radiology Department, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
- Prepare patients for studies by adhering to established safety protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct thorough patient screenings prior to each study, ensuring accurate and timely completion of necessary procedures.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including infection control and OSHA mandates.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, including schedule changes and travel to office locations as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum one year of customer service experience in a medical office setting or other fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Knowledge of practice management and word processing software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Current CPR certification and ability to maintain compliance with infection control guidelines.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and care.
