Position Overview

Provider Solutions & Development is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine physician to contribute to a newly established residency program focused on Primary Care. This role offers an opportunity to engage with an integrated health system within a modern facility, allowing for significant input in the development of an academic Internal Medicine outpatient clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the formation of a new Internal Medicine Residency in collaboration with a leading university.
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
  • Engage in a collaborative approach with a dedicated healthcare team serving a diverse population.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $241,044 to $337,879 annually.
  • Potential for additional compensation through productivity or quality incentives.

  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) benefits may be available.
