Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Development Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase UniFirst's products and services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and activity metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred
- Proficiency with mobile technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software
- Outside business-to-business sales or route sales experience preferred
