About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to join our Risk, Regulatory & Compliance Business Unit at Sia Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and programs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client delivery as part of an on-site or remote project team
  • Project Management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Collaborate with internal and client project team members, and contribute to internal communications and readiness activity within the program team and with client groups
  • Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health
  • Maintain program sites as a repository for all project information
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality and timely deliverables
  • Perform research and business analysis
  • Assist in the coordination and development of client proposals
  • Support practice, thought leadership, and people development
Requirements
  • Demonstrated client-facing success in several of the following disciplines: Compliance and Legal Technology Solutions, Data Science / AI / GenAI Implementation, Process Improvement, SQL and Reporting Tools, PM/Agile/Scrum, Fintech / Payments, Product / Application Development, Code Reviews / Quality Assurance, A/B Testing, Prototyping, Business / Functional / Technical Requirements Authoring, Automation
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in delivering complex projects and programs
