The HR Generalist plays a vital role in driving the success of Masterbilt Inc., a leader in precision manufacturing. Based in Phoenix, AZ, this position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

This role encompasses various responsibilities, including:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment, support hiring managers, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance: Serve as a key contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolution; ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans; support open enrollment and answer employee benefits questions.
  • Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll team for accurate payroll processing; track employee time off, attendance, and leave requests.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and support employee development; partner with managers to identify training needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is essential, as is experience with HRIS/payroll systems.
