Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Lakin Tire West, LLC. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, timekeeping, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop HR staff to ensure high levels of performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of personnel data, including employment history, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a transportation or warehouse/production environment.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in two languages, Spanish and English.
  • Strong working knowledge of Multi-State and Federal Labor Law, HR Systems, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, and Worker's Compensation.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
