Core Responsibilities:

  • Employ Asana Project Management software to manage the execution of projects and initiatives, guaranteeing timely delivery and compliance with quality benchmarks.
  • Efficiently liaise with various internal teams, including client strategy, content development, design, and media personnel, to oversee collaborative workflows.
  • Support program processes by aiding in the creation of project timelines, identifying resource needs, organizing meetings, preparing meeting summaries, conducting internal evaluations, and managing project flow.
  • Acquire and enhance proficiency in the suite of internal BOLD workflow systems to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Consistently relay project progress, potential obstacles, concerns, and solutions to cross-functional team members to uphold transparency and alignment.
Qualifications:
  • Near-native proficiency in English is essential, with the capability to lead team discussions and collaborate effectively with managers and other departments.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred, ideally within an e-commerce agency, digital marketing, or a related domain.
  • High-level expertise with Asana Project Management software is crucial.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline is required.
