About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our E-Commerce team at TikTok. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our E-Commerce fulfillment strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Seller, Transaction, and Engineering teams, to develop and implement E-Commerce fulfillment strategies and solutions.
  • Design and implement comprehensive product architecture to improve E-Commerce fulfillment performance and customer experience.
  • Develop and drive complex cross-functional projects, including the design and implementation of business-related product modules and governance strategies.
  • Analyze data to understand fulfillment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive key projects and obtain results.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product management in the E-Commerce platform, with a focus on order management, logistics, fulfillment, and platform governance.
  • Experience in strategic product solution implementation, customer-facing products, seller-facing products, algorithm model application, and decision engine development.
  • Ability to design adaptable product solutions for different business scenarios and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data and metrics to evaluate assumptions, make recommendations, and drive decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment and balance multiple responsibilities, scoping projects, evaluating priorities, and working effectively with teams.
