Position: Quality Inspector - Reporting to the Quality Manager

Location: Onsite

This is a full-time role with a standard workweek of 40 hours, typically Monday through Thursday.

Role Responsibilities

The Quality Inspector plays a vital role in assessing the quality of both in-process and finished electronic assemblies, ensuring adherence to both Spartronics and client specifications. Your efforts will contribute to our unified goal of operational excellence.

Daily Responsibilities Include:
  • Conducting inspections of populated PCBs according to work instructions and IPC standards.
  • Managing nonconformance issues related to products.
  • Confirming that outgoing products meet established standards.
  • Communicating inspection findings to production teams and management.
Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: Associate degree or vocational/technical degree in a technical or engineering discipline.
  • Certifications: J-Std and IPC–600 or IPC–610 within 90 days of employment.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Familiarity with quality inspection standards is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret Clearance.
Work Schedule

The planned schedule consists of a 4-day workweek, with shifts typically running from early morning to late afternoon.
