Position Overview:
As a Quality Inspector, you will report directly to the Quality Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring that our electronic assemblies meet both Spartronics and customer specifications. Your efforts will contribute significantly to our commitment to excellence and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of populated printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to established work instructions and IPC standards.
- Identify and manage nonconformance issues in products.
- Ensure outgoing products adhere to Spartronics and customer quality standards.
- Communicate inspection findings effectively to production teams and management.

Qualifications:
Education:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred: Associate degree or vocational/technical degree in a relevant field.
  • Must obtain J-Std and IPC-600 or IPC-610 certifications within 90 days of employment.
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with quality inspection standards is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret Clearance.
Work Schedule:
- The planned schedule is a 4-day workweek, with 10-hour shifts.
