The Quality Inspector will be responsible for examining the quality of in-process and outgoing electronic assemblies to ensure compliance with Spartronics and customer specifications. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of quality that our customers expect from us.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect populated PCBs to work instruction and IPC criteria.
- Disposition Nonconformance of product.
- Verify outgoing product meets Spartronics and customer standards.
- Communicate inspection results to the production line and management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma or GED.
- An Associate degree, or vocational/Technical degree in a technical or engineering field (preferred).
- J-Std and IPC-600 or IPC-610 certifications within 90 days of employment.
- 1 - 3 years related work experience (preferred).
- Advanced level of attention to detail.
- Basic level computer skills.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of quality inspection standards (preferred).
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret Clearance.
The planned schedule is a 4-day/10-hour workweek.
