Private Duty Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a Private Duty RN, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, while also enjoying a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with federal and state regulations.
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Ensure patient eligibility and medical necessity for services, as defined by payer sources and agency policies.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- At least one year of clinical experience as an RN, with recent experience as an LPN considered in some states.
- Current CPR certification.
